How do I reset my FedEx® Billing Online passwords for parcel shipments?

For FedEx Billing Online, click the FORGOT YOUR ID OR PASSWORD? on the main login screen. You’ll be prompted to provide information verifying your identity. You’ll then receive a password reminder via email.
