How can I tell if I received my shipment in reusable FedEx^® packaging? And if I did, how do I reuse it to make a return? 

If your retailer sent your product in reusable FedEx packaging, it’ll say that it’s reusable on the front. There will also be two adhesive strips: one used by the retailer who sent it to you, the other for you, if you need to use the packaging again.

• You can use the reusable packaging to return your product to the retailer or send a shipment to an unrelated recipient.

• While the first shipment using the packaging must be for a service eligible for complimentary FedEx packaging, the second shipment may use any FedEx service.

When you’re ready to send a shipment using the reusable package, you can drop it off at a FedEx location, FedEx^® Drop Box, or participating retailer.
