FedEx Discounts Program Agreement
Terms and Conditions
(a) 45% discount ("Discount") each off the FedEx list prices in effect on the date of shipment, as published by FedEx from time to time, on shipments sent by Participants via eligible FedEx Express® services. Eligible FedEx Express services ("Eligible Express Services") are: FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx Standard Overnight®, FedEx 2Day® A.M., FedEx 2Day®, FedEx Express Saver®, FedEx International Priority®, and FedEx International Economy®. Only U.S. based payors may be Participants.
(b) 10% discount ("Discount") each off the FedEx list prices in effect on the date of shipment, as published by FedEx from time to time, on shipments sent by Participants via eligible FedEx Express services. Eligible FedEx Express services ("Eligible Express Services") are: FedEx 1Day® Freight, FedEx 2Day® Freight, FedEx 3Day® Freight, FedEx International Priority® Freight, and FedEx International Economy® Freight. Only U.S. based payors may be Participants.
(c) Pricing for U.S. Import Express services applies to U.S. payor FedEx accounts for shipments with a non-U.S. origin and a U.S. destination. Pricing for non-U.S. origin/destination express services applies to U.S. payor FedEx accounts for shipments with a non-U.S. origin and a non-U.S. destination. Pricing is subject to discount limitations and minimum charges that vary by the country of origin. The discount limitations and minimum charges are determined by FedEx and are subject to change without notice. Destination based import rates apply and may be found at fedex.com. Customer's FedEx Express pricing is expressed as a percentage discount off the base rate. Discounts do not apply to ancillary service fees, surcharges, special handling fees or other charges.
(d) 25% discount ("Discount") each off the FedEx list prices in effect on the date of shipment, as published by FedEx from time to time, on shipments sent by Participants via eligible FedEx Ground® and FedEx Home Delivery® services and processed through FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com and FedEx Ship Manager® Software. Eligible FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery services ("Eligible FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery Services") are: FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery for shipments having an origin and destination solely within the United States. Minimum charges may apply for some FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery shipments. The discount is only eligible in Zones 2-8. Only U.S. based payors may be Participants.
(e) 10% discount ("Discount") each off the FedEx list prices in effect on the date of shipment, as published by FedEx from time to time, on shipments sent by Participants via eligible FedEx Ground services and processed through FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com and FedEx Ship Manager Software. Eligible FedEx Ground services are: FedEx Ground for shipments U.S. to/from Canada. Only U.S. based payors may be Participants.
(f) 70% discount ("Discount") each off the FedEx list prices in effect on the date of shipment, as published by FedEx from time to time, on shipments sent by Participants via eligible FedEx Freight services and processed through FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com and FedEx Ship Manager Software. Eligible FedEx Freight services ("Eligible FedEx Freight Services") are: FedEx Freight Priority and FedEx Freight Economy shipments having an origin and destination solely within the United States. Minimum charges may apply for some FedEx Freight shipments. Only U.S. based payors may be Participants. All FedEx Freight services are subject to the terms and conditions of the current Rules Tariff.
(h) Up to 45% savings on FedEx One Rate®
a. Discounts and/or net rates, if any, do not apply to fuel surcharges, duties and taxes, special handling fees, surcharges, ancillary or other charges (the amounts of applicable special handling fees, surcharge, ancillary and other charges shall be, unless otherwise noted herein, the published amounts for such fees/charges in effect on the date of shipment).
b. For Services receiving a percentage off, discounts are based on the published FedEx One Rate base rates that can be found at https://www.fedex.com/content/dam/fedex/us-united-states/documents/one-rate-twoday.pdf.
c. All ancillary service fees, surcharges, special handling fees, average minimum weights for shipment weight rating or other charges, or dimensional weighting not identified in this Agreement, its Attachments, Addenda or Amendments will be assessed as per the published list amounts for such fees/charges in the FedEx Service Guide in effect on the date of shipment.
d. FedEx One Rate is not subject to residential surcharges, delivery area surcharges and fuel surcharge, thus any modifications to these charges are not applicable to FedEx One Rate. However, FedEx One Rate is subject to other charges including ancillary service fees, surcharges, special handling fees, and qualifying shipment weights as published in the FedEx Service Guide unless otherwise listed in a separate Agreement, Attachment, Addendum, or Amendment.

Obtaining a FedEx account number is a requirement of the application process to receive offered FedEx discounts. To apply for a FedEx account, visit the Create an Account page.
To be eligible for a business account, a company must be listed as a business in its local directory assistance or have a Dun & Bradstreet listing.
Simply go to fedex.com and click on Create a Shipment from the Shipping dropdown, which takes you to the login screen. After you've logged in, there are just a few simple steps:
- Complete your shipping label online. (If you've already put a recipient in your online Address Book, select that recipients name and address from the drop-down menu.)
- Print out the shipping label on a laser/inkjet printer or thermal printer.
- Pack your shipment.
- Drop the package off at a FedEx location, give it to your scheduled courier, or schedule a pickup online.
Any time of the day, you can login to fedex.com to:
- Prepare and print U.S. and international shipping labels.
- Store up to 2,000 frequently used addresses in your online FedEx Ship Manager® Address Book to save time preparing shipping labels.
- Generate an online record of your transactions.
- Request a FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, or FedEx Freight® pickup online.
- Use email to notify as many as three parties and yourself that your package is on its way or has been delivered.
- Get an account-specific rate quote.
- Use email to notify you and up to three others that a package has been sent and delivered.
- Take advantage of the Shipment Profiles feature, which allows you to create a shipping label with just two clicks for repeat shipments of the same kind to the same address.
