Service Guide
Here's where you can review FedEx® Standard List Rates, surcharges and fees. Your final shipping charges will vary depending on a number of factors: the service you choose; any special options you add, such as signature delivery; and the current fuel surcharge.
Download the FedEx Service Guide, which contains FedEx Express and FedEx Ground rates. You can view, download or print the guide as a PDF. Want to download it to your iPad? Select the Open in iBooks option to add the guide to your iBooks library. If you are unable to print the guide yourself, you can stop by a FedEx location to have a team member print it for you.
To download and view rates for shipments within the contiguous U.S., and between the contiguous U.S. and Canada, go to FedEx Freight Rating and install the Windows-based rating program. For the applicable base rate (FXF 1000 or FXF 501), refer to your FedEx Freight pricing agreement.

FedEx Express
Download the FedEx Service Guide, which contains FedEx One Rate pricing for FedEx Express. You can view, download or print the guide as a PDF. Want to download it to your iPad? Your shipment may incur fees in addition to the standard list rate.

Delivery Area Surcharge
A delivery area surcharge applies to shipments destined to select U.S. ZIP codes. A list of the ZIP codes where the surcharge applies is available in PDF format or ASCII format.

International Out-of-Delivery-Area and Out-of-Pickup-Area Surcharges
International Out-of-Delivery-Area Surcharge and International Out-of-Pickup-Area Surcharge rates are determined based on the corresponding tier of the ZIP code, postal code, or city of the shipment’s origin and/or destination location for International Express Freight and Parcel services.
International shipments destined to and/or originating from remote and less-accessible locations listed in the International Out-of-Delivery-Area Surcharge and International Out-of-Pickup-Area Surcharge ZIP and postal code list are subject to the rates per tier shown below.

Clearance services and related fees
FedEx provides import clearance processing for international express package and international express freight shipments, and international ground shipments. FedEx may charge clearance services fees, where applicable, on international shipments for clearance processing; for services requested by the shipper, recipient or importer of record; or to recover the costs passed to FedEx by the regulatory agency for regulatory filing. Clearance services fees that are invoiced are described on a separate line item on the duty-and-tax invoice. We may apply these service fees, which are subject to change, to either a U.S.- or non-U.S.-based shipper, recipient or designated third party. Clearance services and related fees.
