In compliance with the mandatory evacuation orders issued by the Province of Alberta, FedEx has temporarily
suspended service into and out of the Wood Buffalo/Fort McMurray areas affected by ongoing floods.
FedEx will continue to monitor the situation in Northern Alberta and will resume service to affected areas
once local conditions allow.

Consistent with the provisions of the FedEx Service Guide, the FedEx money-back guarantee is suspended for
shipments impacted by weather delays.
