fedex.ca Text Message & Email Notifications*
Activate shipment status notifications via fedex.ca for a specific shipment. Here’s how:
Enter your Tracking ID to view the current status.
Click Get Status Update to access notification options.
Choose text message or email notifications.
Select when you would like to be notified in your shipment’s journey (i.e., pickup, delivery exceptions or confirmation, etc.) and click Submit.
FedEx Text Message Tracking Notifications*
Enable one-time or ongoing shipment status notifications via text message for a specific shipment. Here’s how:
One-Time Shipment Status
Text TRACK and your tracking number (e.g. "TRACK 123456789012") to 38773.
Receive your shipment's current status automatically via text message.
To track another shipment or receive another update, repeat these steps.
Ongoing Shipment Status
Text FOLLOW and your tracking number (e.g., “FOLLOW 123456789012”) to 38773.
Reply YES when you receive the welcome message. (Repeat Step 1 to follow another shipment).
Receive ongoing updates of your shipment's status automatically via text message.
Text STOP to 38773 to cancel tracking updates, or HELP to 38773 for assistance.
*FedEx Text Message Tracking is supported by most wireless providers in Canada but may not be available to all users. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies per user.
