Pay with a FedEx account

Ideal for express and ground shipments, offering secure access to your invoices, payment history, and payment options.
Pay by EFT
Available to FedEx Billing Online users, giving you the option to pay your invoices including duties, taxes, and related fees, by electronic funds transfer.

We accept:
FedEx will attempt to contact you about shipments that require the payment of charges, including duties and taxes. To help avoid delivery delays, please pay the applicable charges prior to the scheduled delivery date using your tracking number.
Please note that some shipments will be invoiced for duties, taxes and related fees after delivery.
If you see, ”Delivery is held”, “unable to collect payment” when tracking your package, it means we attempted to contact you about a shipment that requires the payment of charges, including duties and taxes, prior to delivery. Call us at 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 to prepay by credit card and we will arrange delivery.
