To confirm availability or make other pickup and delivery arrangements, please call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339. Please bring the door tag as well as a government-issued photo identification that includes the recipient’s address.

  • The package contains dangerous goods 
  • Security reasons or restrictions

If you cannot be present for delivery, you can prepay the duties and taxes via credit card by calling 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339. If you will be present for delivery, then please have the exact change, cheque or credit card ready for the courier.

You can provide additional delivery instructions (e.g., buzzer code), request that FedEx leave packages without anyone present or redirect your packages to a participating retail location for pickup.
