How do I get support for a delayed package?
If your U.S. package is delayed by at least 1 day, you can start a support ticket. Enter your tracking number and go to Manage Delivery on the tracking details page. If your package is eligible, you’ll see Start Support Ticket. You can sign in to your FedEx account or use guest authentication to submit a ticket.
We’ll send you updates via SMS or email as soon as we can. To check the status of your case, add comments or documents, or close the case, go to the tracking page for your package and click Manage Ticket. You can also enter your case number or tracking number on the customer support page (scroll down).
If your package is damaged, lost, or missing contents, it’s easy to file a claim online.
