How can I manage my incoming delivery?

To manage your FedEx Express® deliveries, use our detailed tracking page or mobile app. You’ll have the options to request to:

  • Have your package returned to you
  • Correct an address
  • Reroute or make an address change
  • Dispute a delivery
  • Redirect your package to a secure location to be held for pickup

For future deliveries, use FedEx Delivery Manager® to take more control. You’ll be able to customize your FedEx Express and FedEx Ground® delivery preferences, manage delivery times and locations, and get notifications and alerts for your shipment’s status throughout the delivery process, all from your smartphone or desktop computer.
