All shipments made or arranged by FedEx Logistics shall be governed by the specific terms and conditions of service applicable depending on the mode of transportation and the geographic scope. The terms and conditions of service are organized below by mode of transportation. For some modes of transportation, there are multiple terms and conditions of service. To identify the applicable terms and conditions of service for a specific shipment, first navigate to the mode of transportation and then, if applicable, select the appropriate terms and conditions. Country-specific general trading conditions for freight forwarding services may also be applicable. Terms and conditions  for all FedEx Logistics services may not be limited to those on this page.
Air shipments

Ocean shipments
Terms and conditions for goods shipped using a FedEx Logistics ocean house bill of lading are established below based on the FedEx Logistics office issuing the bill of lading.
