Rate Guide Amendments

Important information regarding changes to FedEx Express services, terms and conditions and rates since the publication of the printed and the electronic versions of the 2014 FedEx Express Rate Guide (Effective January 6, 2014), Canadian Edition and the electronic version of the 2013 FedEx Service Guide (Effective November 15, 2013), Canadian Edition are detailed below. Except as amended, modified or supplemented by the following, the printed and electronic versions of the 2014 FedEx Express Rate Guide and the electronic version of the 2013 FedEx Service Guide shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendment No. 1: FedEx Express Rate Guide

Effective May 20, 2014, the FedEx Express Rate Guide (Canadian Edition, Effective January 6, 2014) is amended as follows:

Page 83, “Fuel Surcharge”, second paragraph

ORIGINAL

The fuel surcharge percentage will be subject to adjustment monthly using a rounded average of the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) spot price for a gallon of kerosene-type jet fuel, as published monthly by the U.S. Department of Energy. The surcharge now in effect applies to all FedEx Express services except FedEx® International Express Freight (IXF)*.

* Airport-to-airport delivery, transit times vary depending on origin, destination and availability.

AMENDED

Amendment No. 2: FedEx Express Rate Guide

Effective July 14, 2014, the FedEx Express Rate Guide (Canadian Edition, Effective January 6, 2014) is amended as follows:
