Amendment No. 1: FedEx Express Rate Guide

Effective January 2, 2012, the FedEx Express Rate Guide (Printed Version, Canadian Edition, Effective January 2, 2012) is amended as follows:

REVISED:

Additional Fees/Surcharges and Information section is amended as follows:

The following “Dimensional Weight” definition is added after the “Declared Value” section.

Dimensional Weight
To determine whether the dimensional weight applies, multiply the length by width by height of each package. Dimensional weight for intra-Canada shipments is calculated by multiplying the length by width by height of each package in inches and divide by 166 cubic inches per pound (if multiplied in centimetres divide by 6,000 cubic centimetres per kilogram) and for international packages use the same formula, but divide by 139 cubic inches per pound (if multiplied in centimetres divide by 5,000 cubic centimetres per kilogram). If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, charges may be assessed based on the dimensional weight. FedEx reserves the right to modify or amend the Dimensional Weight standard without notice.
