ACCEPTANCE OF CONSIGNMENTS

Consignments are accepted:

  1. Through IATA cargo agents; in such cases the consignments must be "ready for carriage" in accordance with IATA rules.
  2. Directly from shippers, in which case the consignments must be "ready for carriage" in accordance with the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions, provided there is no embargo established by FedEx Express or another carrier involved in the total transportation.

We reserve the right to refuse or reject a shipment when, in our opinion, the shipment would be likely to cause damage or delay to other shipments, equipment or personnel, or when the carriage of the shipment is prohibited by law or is in violation of any of the Terms and Conditions in this Guide, as amended from time to time.
