E. ADVANCE ARRANGEMENTS

GENERAL

FedEx Express does not accept the following types of consignments unless advance arrangements have been made:

  1. Consignments requiring a cargo attendant
  2. Consignments requiring special care or attention in transit:
    • Perishables
    • Dangerous goods
  3. Consignments consisting of or including, but not limited to, pieces of unusual shape or size [any single piece greater than 1000 kg (2,200 lb) or larger than a length plus girth of 762 cm (300 in) or 302 cm x 178 cm x 178 cm (119 in. x 70 in. x 70 in.)]
  4. Consignments having a declared value in excess of $100,000 or its equivalent.
