To confirm whether a service area is affected due to weather or other conditions, go to the News area on our home page or call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339. With FedEx SameDay® service, you can ship on Christmas Day or any other day of the year. It's available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for your urgent shipments.

Holiday Service Schedule
1Early station, on-call pickups and drop box closings in some areas.
2FedEx Ground will make normal deliveries but no regular or on-call pickups.
3All FedEx Office locations will close by 6 p.m. Please contact your local FedEx Office location for information.
4On Dec. 31, FedEx Freight will be open with only prearrranged pickup and delivery shipments being made. Freight shipments picked up on Dec. 31 will resume normally on Jan. 2 after FedEx Freight reopens from the New Year's Day holiday. For example, one-day shipments picked up on Dec. 31 will resume Jan. 2 and deliver on Jan. 3.

Customs clearance at U.S.-Canada land-border crossings is available 24 hours a day, every day via FedEx Trade Networks. Check with your FedEx Trade Networks representative to confirm for U.S.-Mexico land-border crossings.
