The FedEx Money-Back Guarantee for the following services will be suspended until Jan. 16, 2022, for the U.S.:

  • FedEx Priority Overnight® 
  • FedEx Standard Overnight®
  • FedEx First Overnight Extra Hours*
  • FedEx Priority Overnight Extra Hours*
  • FedEx Standard Overnight Extra Hours*
  • FedEx International First® 
  • FedEx International Priority® 
  • FedEx International Priority® Freight 

In order to balance our focus on service and safety, the FedEx money-back guarantee for all other FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, FedEx Freight®, and FedEx Office® services will remain suspended until further notice. 

The status of the money-back guarantee for these FedEx services and additional FedEx services worldwide is being evaluated on an ongoing basis, and our focus remains on continuing to provide the best possible service to our customers during this period of uncertainty.

FedEx Express U.S. money-back guarantee details
 

We offer a money-back guarantee for every U.S. shipment. You may request a refund or credit of your shipping charges if we miss our published (or quoted, as in the case of FedEx SameDay®) delivery time by even 60 seconds.

This guarantee applies to all U.S. shipments, commercial and residential, to all 50 states.

FedEx Express international money-back guarantee details
 

We offer a money-back guarantee if we miss our published (or quoted, as in the case of FedEx® International Next Flight) delivery time by even 60 seconds, barring customs delays.

FedEx Ground money-back guarantee details
 

A money-back guarantee applies to FedEx Ground shipments to business addresses and FedEx Home Delivery® shipments to residential addresses within the U.S., and to FedEx International Ground® shipments if you choose the brokerage-inclusive option. If the package is not delivered on the standard scheduled delivery day, you can request a credit of shipping charges.

FedEx Freight money-back guarantee details

FedEx Freight® Priority service includes a no-fee money-back guarantee (for customers on our standard rate tariff).1

In addition, our FedEx Freight A.M. Delivery and FedEx Freight Close of Business Delivery service options are supported by a money-back guarantee.1
