Normal Operating Hours

If you need to ship on Christmas Day or any other day of the year, we have you covered with FedEx SameDay® service. It's available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for your urgent shipments. Go to fedexsameday.com or call 1.800.399.5999 to schedule a pickup.

In the charts below, you will find the open or closed status for all FedEx companies.
FedEx provides normal pickup and delivery service on these national holidays:
- Jan. 21: Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Feb. 18: Presidents Day
- March 29: Good Friday
- Oct. 14: Columbus Day
- Nov. 11: Veterans Day

4On Dec. 23 and Dec. 31, FedEx Freight will be open with only prearranged pickup and delivery shipments being made. Freight shipments picked up on Dec. 23 and/or Dec. 31 will resume normally on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2, respectively, after FedEx Freight reopens from the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays. For example, one-day shipments picked up on Dec. 31 will resume on Jan. 2 and deliver on Jan. 3.

Note: Customs clearance at U.S.-Canada land-border crossings is available 24 hours a day, every day via FedEx Trade Networks. Check with your FedEx Trade Networks representative to confirm for U.S.-Mexico land-border crossings.

Note: FedEx Freight charges a redelivery fee when a FedEx Freight delivery attempt is made but is unsuccessful due to a customer closure of which FedEx Freight was not previously notified, subject to the terms and conditions of the FXF 100 Series Rules Tariff.
