How do I get support for a delayed package?

If your incoming delivery is delayed by at least one day, you can open a support ticket directly from your tracking details page. Enter your tracking number and go to ‘Manage Delivery’. If your package is eligible, you’ll see ‘Start Support Ticket’ option. You can submit the ticket by signing into your account or by using guest authentication.

We’ll keep you updated by SMS or email. To check the status of your case, add comments or documents, or close the case, go to the tracking page and select ‘Manage Ticket’. You can also check your case by entering your case number or tracking number on the Customer Support page.

For damaged, lost, or missing contents,  you can file a claim online in just a few steps.
