Select the Hold at Location option in the Special Services section of FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.ca or FedEx Ship Manager Lite when creating your FedEx Express shipping labels.**

Select or enter the address of the FedEx location where the package is to be held.

(Optional) Include the recipient’s email address for updates when package is delivered.

**If the recipient’s telephone number is included in the documentation, we will attempt to contact the recipient after the package arrives at the destination facility. Please note that proper identification is required to pick up packages. Additionally, the FedEx location must not be used as the recipient’s address. For FedEx location addresses and hours, check our drop-off locator. Please note that shipments will be held for a maximum of 5 business days.
