FedEx Hardware Support Ended June 1, 2025
FedEx no longer supports your hardware. Sign the Hardware Transfer Agreement to take ownership of it.
As of June 1, 2025, FedEx ended support for your previously supplied FedEx-owned hardware, including:
- PCs/Servers
- Printers
- Shipping scales
- Monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals.
While you may continue using your existing equipment, maintaining the hardware, as well as calibrating and certifying any scales, will be your responsibility. Please sign the Hardware Transfer Agreement to assume ownership of your equipment.

Frequently asked questions
What if I continue using FedEx hardware but haven’t signed the agreement yet?
You may continue using your FedEx-issued equipment, but FedEx support ended for it as of June 1, 2025. If the hardware encounters issues or stops functioning, FedEx will not troubleshoot, repair or replace it. You are responsible for all maintenance and support, including calibration and certification of any scales. To continue using the hardware, please sign the Hardware Transfer Agreement in order to take ownership of the equipment.Â
Is there a deadline to sign the agreement?
The original deadline was June 1, 2025. You may still sign the agreement after this date, but FedEx support has ended.
What types of hardware are affected?
This includes all FedEx-owned equipment supplied for shipping purposes, for example: PCs/servers, monitors, keyboards, shipping scales, and other related peripherals.

Do I need to replace my hardware now?
Not necessarily. You can continue using your existing FedEx-supplied hardware, but FedEx support for this hardware ended on June 1, 2025. To continue using the hardware, please sign the Hardware Transfer Agreement.
Will FedEx continue to provide technical support for FedEx software?
Yes, FedEx will continue to support its shipping software, but hardware support ended on June 1, 2025.

What if I don’t want to keep the hardware?
If you do not want to assume ownership, return the PC to FedEx by calling FedEx Technical Support. Remove all sensitive data from the PC and dispose of non-data storage devices in accordance with local laws and environmentally responsible practices.
Can I still use Windows 10?
Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. After this date, your PC will still function, but it may become vulnerable to security risks. To maintain security and ongoing support, please upgrade to Windows 11.
