FedEx Hardware Support Ended June 1, 2025

FedEx no longer supports your hardware. Sign the Hardware Transfer Agreement to take ownership of it.


As of June 1, 2025, FedEx ended support for your previously supplied FedEx-owned hardware, including:

  • PCs/Servers
  • Printers
  • Shipping scales
  • Monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals.

While you may continue using your existing equipment, maintaining the hardware, as well as calibrating and certifying any scales, will be your responsibility. Please sign the Hardware Transfer Agreement to assume ownership of your equipment.

What you need to know

If you... Here’s what happens
Signed the Agreement You now own the hardware and are responsible for all maintenance and support, including calibration and certification of the scales.
Did not sign the Agreement You may continue using the equipment, but FedEx will no longer provide support or maintenance for it. You are responsible for all maintenance and support, including calibration and certification of the scales. To continue using the hardware, please sign the Hardware Transfer Agreement to assume ownership. 
Plan to continue using FedEx hardware Sign the Hardware Transfer Agreement as soon as possible and take ownership of the equipment. FedEx support ended June 1, 2025.
Do not want to use the hardware anymore Before disposing of any FedEx hardware, please sign the Hardware Transfer Agreement and remove all sensitive data. Follow local laws and environmentally responsible disposal practices. Alternatively, call FedEx Technical Support to arrange the return of the PC (after removing all non-data storage devices and sensitive data from the PC). Dispose of any non-data storage devices properly.
