Go to FedEx® Billing Online to change the Bill-To Account.


Changing the Bill-To Account now requires a fedex.com user ID and password.

Login to FedEx Billing Online  Already Registered?   Login to use FedEx Billing Online.
Login to FedEx Billing Online  Need a user ID?            Register to use FedEx Billing Online.


FedEx Billing Online now handles all Internet requests for changing the bill-to account for FedEx shipments. Login with your usual fedex.com user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID, you can get one by registering for FedEx Billing Online.

How do I request a change to the bill-to account in FedEx Billing Online?

Select View / Pay Bills Online
 
Login to FedEx Billing Online

Select an Invoice Number
 
Select a Tracking ID

Click on Dispute
 
Select Rebill Other Account

Select Rebill Type
