Find International Documents
The right documentation can make all the difference in international shipping. With the Find International Documents tool, based on your shipment and commodity information, you can locate and print the proper import and export documents to increase the likelihood of smooth customs clearance.

  • Determine the recommended documents for your international shipments
  • Access to more than 1,300 international customs documents for over 200 counties
  • Reduce the chance of clearance delays due to insufficient paperwork

Advisories
FedEx Global Trade Manager can help you comply with the complex regulations sometimes associated with international shipping. The Advisories feature gives you important regulatory information for the import and export countries of your shipment, as well as for the commodity you are shipping. Based on the shipment information entered, FedEx Global Trade Manager prepares a report containing the applicable shipping advisories that you need to know about.

Country Profiles
The Country Profiles feature gives you an overview of essential, country-specific shipping information and regulatory requirements, as well as demographics, business information and statistics.

Denied Party Screening
With Denied Party Screening, you can identify individuals, companies and other business associates that have been denied the privilege of engaging in international business transactions by searching a variety of U.S. and international government databases.

Product Profiles
Make using FedEx Global Trade Manager quicker and more efficient with Product Profiles, which allow you to store and reuse information on your often-exported commodities, including their respective keywords.

In the Product Profiles section, you can:

  • Save up to 500 product profiles
  • View and edit your product / commodity profiles
  • Duplicate a profile or create a group of products
  • Upload your own product profiles from a .csv file
  • Download your product profiles to a .csv file
