FedEx Office has made the difficult decision to discontinue operations in Canada after thoughtful evaluation of its business and the changing print & production market. Centre closures will begin in August 2017. These changes impact FedEx Office only.

1. I have a FedEx Office Express Pay card with a balance. What steps can I take to get a refund?

Please visit your local FedEx Office location and present the card to a team member to receive a refund. Alternately, please call FedEx Customer Service at 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 for assistance.

2. When is the last day to submit a print order using the FedEx Office Print Online application?

Beginning September 6, you will no longer be able submit print orders using the application. Please note that all print orders submitted prior to this date will be processed and completed.
