Tracking
When will my package arrive?
There are several ways to check the status of your shipment:
- Use your tracking, door tag, or FedEx Office order number to track your package . If you don’t have one of those numbers, you can use any reference number related to your package or freight shipment, or any purchase order number.
When you track your package, you’ll see your scheduled delivery date and for eligible FedEx packages an estimated delivery time window.
- Track up to 30 packages by sending an email to track@fedex.com.
- Leave the subject line blank.
- Type your job order or tracking number(s) in the body of the email. You can put them all on one line, separated by commas, or list them separately, one shipment per line.

- Call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 and say “track my package,” then follow the prompts.
- Text “follow” plus your door tag number to 48773.
