I’m expecting a FedEx Express® package, but I need to add an apartment, suite, or building floor number to my delivery address. How can I do that?
If you need to add more details to your delivery address, go to our tracking page and follow these steps:
- Enter your tracking number or reference number.
- Select Manage Delivery, then Add Apartment/Suite/Other. (If you aren’t logged in to your FedEx account or FedEx Delivery Manager®, you’ll be asked to enter the original delivery address of your package.)
- Acknowledge that editing your delivery address may change your delivery date by clicking Continue. You also have the option to cancel the request by selecting Nevermind.
- Enter your supplemental information, such as an apartment, suite, or building floor number, and click Continue.
- Enter your contact information, in case we need to reach out to you, then click Submit. You’ll receive a case number assigned to your request.
- Click Done.
