FedEx Mobile for BlackBerry® Smartphones and iPhone® provide you with access to advanced tracking functionality that automatically keeps you updated on the status of your shipments.
Simply input your FedEx tracking number, and you can quickly retrieve the status of your shipment. Shipments that you've sent using FedEx Ship Manager™ at fedex.ca, tracked with FedEx InSight or FedEx Desktop can be viewed automatically and managed via your smartphone. We'll even let you know if select delivery exceptions have occurred.

Additional Service Options
FedEx Hold at Location Service
With the Hold at FedEx Location service, your FedEx Express shipments can be held for pickup at an eligible FedEx location. It’s the secure, flexible and convenient way to ensure your shipment arrives when your recipient needs it – all at no extra charge.
Hold at FedEx Location service makes it easy to pick up qualifying FedEx Express shipments earlier than the scheduled delivery commitment, so your reps or agents can pick up their samples and medical device shipments earlier in the morning in order to make their hospital deliveries.
We hold packages at both FedEx World Service Centres™ and FedEx Office™ Print and Ship Centres. Many FedEx staffed locations are open before 9 am and select FedEx Office Print and Ship Centre locations are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for added convenience.

Dangerous Goods Service
FedEx Express is one of the largest carriers of Dangerous Goods worldwide. Whether you are shipping Dangerous Goods – including dry ice – within Canada or internationally, we have the expertise to provide safe solutions for handling and transporting your Dangerous Goods shipments. FedEx Ground® accepts 'consumer commodities' and 'limited quantities' as defined, labelled and packaged in accordance with the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act and Regulations for shipments within Canada.

Packaging Solutions
FedEx Express offers packaging specifically designed for the transportation of noninfectious diagnostic specimens and environmental samples, and for properly prepared specimens classified as Biological Substance, Category B (UN 3373).
We may also be able to transport shipments using your own special packaging, including temperature control packaging and packaging for dangerous goods*.
