FedEx Return Tags: FedEx creates and provides the label to your customer at pickup.
FedEx Print Return Label
Ideal for retail products, legal documents, pharmaceuticals, and warranty/repair services.
Use a FedEx electronic shipping solution to print a return label and include it in the original shipment to your customer, or send it separately. To use the print return label, your customer simply prepares their package for shipping and applies the return label. Then they may tender the FedEx Express® or FedEx Ground® package to FedEx via a scheduled pickup or FedEx drop-off location. Alternatively, FedEx SmartPost® returns may be tendered to any USPS access point, including the shipper's mailbox.

- Can be linked with the outbound label for easy shipment-status tracking.
- Is available with FedEx Express and FedEx Ground shipments. Also available for high-volume (100 average daily volume) residential or business returns via FedEx SmartPost.

FedEx Email Return Label
Ideal for retail products and for warranty/repair services.
Use a FedEx electronic shipping solution to email your customers a password-protected fedex.com URL that they can access to print a return label directly from their computer. To use the email return label, your customer simply prepares their package for shipping; prints and applies the return label; and tenders the package to FedEx via a scheduled pickup or FedEx drop-off location.

FedEx Express® Billable Stamps
Ideal for legal documents, medical devices, and diagnostic and testing services.
These are convenient shipping labels that come preprinted from FedEx with your return address. Because you specify the delivery service in advance, you can use billable stamps to control costs and to manage returns and other inbound FedEx Express shipments.
More about the billable stamp:
- Standard stamps can be used for deliveries Monday through Friday, and expanded stamps can be used for deliveries Monday through Saturday.
- The stamps cost nothing if not used.
- To order the stamps, download the online order form.
- The stamps can be used with Hold at FedEx Location service.

FedEx Ground® Package Returns Program
Ideal for warranty/repair, retail and pharmaceuticals.
This is an easy-to-use solution for FedEx Ground returns in the U.S. and Canada. You can enclose a FedEx provided preprinted return shipping label with the original shipment, or you can send your customer one upon request. When your customer needs to return a package to you, they prepare their package for shipping, apply the return label, and tender the package to FedEx via a scheduled pickup or FedEx drop-off location.
More about the program:
- It is available for FedEx Ground shipments throughout all 50 states, within Canada, and between the U.S. and Canada.
- It is a contract-only service; you must contact your FedEx account executive to set up an account and place the initial preprinted label order.
- Existing and approved FedEx Ground Package Returns Program customers may order the preprinted labels by calling 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339.
- No pickup fee applies and next-business-day pickups can be scheduled up to 10 p.m. CST.

FedEx ExpressTag® and FedEx Ground® Call Tag
Ideal when you want to give customers that extra level of premium service.
You arrange for us to create a return shipping label, deliver it to your customer and then pick up the package for return. You schedule the pickup: for FedEx Express® shipments, for the same day or the next business day; for FedEx Ground® shipments, for the next business day or up to 10 business days in advance. Your customer simply needs to have the package ready for pickup when the FedEx Express courier or FedEx Ground driver arrives. A shipping label and customer receipt will be provided on site. We pick up at both business and residential locations.
