Stay on top of your package's progress with proactive notifications conveniently delivered by email. You will receive status updates, exceptions, upcoming delivery notifications and more.

  1. Track a shipment on fedex.ca.

  2. On the tracking detail page click the “Get Status Updates” button.

  3. Select notifications based on your needs and submit the request.
