FedEx Logistics offers optional fee-based services to help commercial importers navigate the CARM program. While importers can complete many steps in the CCP independently, these services are designed for businesses that prefer expert support to reduce errors, avoid delays, and stay compliant. Whether you're registering in the CCP, setting up account permissions and security, or reconciling your Statements of Account (SOAs), our team can support you every step of the way.

A one-time service to guide importers through the initial registration process in the CBSA’s CCP.
Includes:
- Creating and securing your GCKey or Sign-In Partner credentials
- Logging into the CCP for the first time
- Claiming and linking your business number (BN)
- Verifying your legal entity information

- Advising on resolution or reallocation actions.
- Supporting audit readiness and improved CBSA record-keeping compliance.
