FedEx® Intra-Canada Air Waybill



A single shipping label is all that's required to transport your FedEx Express packages throughout Canada. Use the FedEx Intra-Canada Air Waybill for FedEx® Priority Overnight, FedEx First Overnight®, FedEx 2Day™, or FedEx 1Day™ Freight services.

  • Use FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.ca™ to complete the FedEx Intra-Canada Air Waybill online.*
  • If you don't have easy access to a computer with an Internet connection, you can order blank FedEx Intra-Canada Air Waybills online, or call 1.800.GoFedEx.
To manually complete the FedEx Intra-Canada Air Waybill for your FedEx Express shipments within Canada, follow the steps below:




Section Instructions
1 Fill out sender information, including FedEx account number. If you don't have a FedEx account number, you can register for one at fedex.ca.
2 Record any internal numbers or codes you need for reference.
3 Be sure to fill in the recipient's correct name and address (including postal code) as they are critical for accurate, on-time delivery. And don't forget to include a phone number, in the event we need to call.
4 Indicate the number of packages, total weight, DIM weight (if applicable) and declared value for carriage of your entire shipment.
5 Check the type of service you require.
6 Check the type of packaging for your shipment.
7 Check the appropriate box to request Saturday Delivery or pick up, or to indicate Dangerous Goods. Remember, Dangerous Goods are not accepted at Drop Boxes. For more details, see the current FedEx® Service Guide.
8 Indicate your billing choice. If you select "Recipient" or "Third Party," we'll need the account number of the party to be billed. If billing to a credit card, don't forget to include the card's expiry date.
9 If you want us to deliver your shipment even if no one is there to sign for it, you must sign your name in this section. Keep in mind that Proof of delivery cannot be provided in this case.
10 Don't forget to sign and date your Air Waybill.

Tracking Number: This is your package tracking number, which also appears on your receipt copy. Attach one label to your package, and don't forget to retain the shipper's copy of the Air Waybill for your records.
