In order to enable Flash and continue with your FedEx Office® print purchase, please update your browser using the simple steps provided below.

Customers who do not wish to enable Flash may also use the FedEx Office mobile app, email printandgo@fedex.com, bring in their files on USB drives, or access their files through cloud services at one of more than 1,800 FedEx Office locations.

If you are using Chrome on a desktop or laptop:

  1. Open a new tab in your Chrome browser.
  2. Type “chrome:settings” in your URL address field.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Show advanced settings..."
  4. Under the "Privacy" group, click "Content Settings".
  5. Scroll to the "Flash" section, click the button besides "Allow sites to run Flash".
  6. Click the "Done" button and close the tab.
  7. Refresh the page and now you can start your print order.

If you are using Safari on a desktop or laptop:

For Safari 10.0 and above:

  1. Open Safari, and choose Safari > Preferences.
  2. Click the Security tab. Ensure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected. Click Plug-in Settings.
  3. Select Adobe Flash Player. From the When visiting other websites menu, choose On, and then click Done.
  4. For each website appearing in Currently Open Websites, choose On in the menu on the right. 
  5. Click Done.
  6. Start your print order.

 

For Mac OS X 10.8 and above:

  1. Open Safari, and choose Safari > Preferences.
  2. Click the Security tab. Ensure that Enable JavaScript and Allow Plug-ins are selected. Click Manage Website Settings.
  3. Select Adobe Flash Player. From the When visiting other websites menu, choose Allow.
  4. Click Done.
  5. Start your print order.

If your device does not have Flash installed
