  • Use Hold at Location service whether you choose FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground® or FedEx Home Delivery® service, we can hold those packages for convenient pickup.
  • Designate Hold at FedEx location when creating a shipping label or even after the shipment is on its way.
  • When you’re shipping a package, you can direct it to a nearby FedEx location.
  • You can request to redirect an in-transit shipment to a nearby FedEx location in the same delivery area.
  • We hold FedEx Express shipments for pickup at more than 2,400 FedEx locations nationwide.
  • Best of all, the service is free.
