Redirect your package to a new location in one of three convenient ways.

  1. Enter your tracking number, select Customize Delivery, select Hold at FedEx Location and follow instructions.  No login required.
  2. Or, call 1.800.GoFedEx
    1.800.463.3339 and ask to Hold at FedEx Location.
  3. Or, log in to FedEx Delivery Manager® or download the FedEx app to redirect your package.

If you directed your FedEx package to a new location, confirm where it is being held.

  1. If you received a door tag, check the location on the tag, then look up the location.
  2. If you can’t find a notification from FedEx, enter your tracking number to locate your package.

Pick up your package.

Once you’re notified your package is ready for pickup, bring your:


  • Tracking number 
  • ID 


to the location and pick up your package. It’s that easy.
