Available with FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, and FedEx Home Delivery® shipping.

Flexible new options for added convenience.

Initiating Shipments: You can now choose Hold at FedEx Location for both FedEx Express® and FedEx Ground® services when you’re initiating shipments using our FedEx Ship Manager® Software version 2500 or FedEx Ship Manager Server® solutions.

Redirecting Packages: When you’re shipping or expecting a FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery package, you can now request to redirect the en route shipment before the first delivery attempt if no signature is required. It’s simple and free.
