A new fraudulent email is circulating with the subject line “Pending Delivery.” This fraudulent email wants customers to text personal information to a telephone number.
If you receive this message, do not open the email or text information to the telephone number.
What is important to remember is that FedEx does not send unsolicited emails to customers requesting information regarding passwords, account numbers, packages, invoices or other personal information.
If you receive an email like the sample below, please forward it to abuse@fedex.com.
