U.S. Government Shipping
International Service Guide

Dear Government Customer:

With global trade on the rise, FedEx sees a greater need to move shipments more efficiently and more effectively. To meet this growing need, we have strengthened our focus on infrastructure, operations and processes.

In 2006:

The Government Services team added more resources in CONUS and OCONUS locations.

We've extended hours for the Government Billing Hotline - now available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.

FedEx increased coverage in Iraq to include service to Qayyarah Airfield West (Q-West).

We're awaiting delivery of Boeing 777s which will enhance our freight capacity in international markets.

We're expanding the Indianapolis Hub, where most shipments will be international.

FedEx is committed to providing access to the global economy to both businesses and government agencies - big and small. And FedEx is delivering on that promise through our role in the Worldwide Express Contract.

Sincerely,

Gurn Freeman
