To request a rate quote you will need a FedEx Account Executive. If you don't already have an Account Executive, call FIMS customer service at 1.888.339.6245 to request one.

Your Account Executive will ask you for the following information:

• The services you would like to use
• Your FedEx account number. If you don't have one, your FedEx Account Executive can open one for you
• Number of items you plan to ship
• Type of items being shipped
• Weight per piece
• Number of pieces per country or region (Canada, Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa)
• Required transit time
