Dover Recap: Hamlin Rebounds to Finish Seventh at Dover
Denny Hamlin finished seventh in Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway after rebounding from two laps down in the race won by Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Matt Kenseth.
Hamlin lined up eighth for the final restart and made quick work of Ryan Blaney and Clint Bowyer, moving up to sixth. See full post-race report
FedEx Racing is letting fans decide on Denny Hamlin's special #11 FedEx Cares Toyota paint scheme for the upcoming race at Sonoma Raceway in June. From May 16 - May 22, fans can vote for their favorite scheme by tweeting @FedEx with the corresponding hashtag or at Facebook.com/FedEx (image attached). Each vote will trigger a $1 donation from FedEx Cares -- up to $55,000 -- to the five charitable organizations that will be featured on the #11 machine in Sonoma, including the USO, Safe Kids Worldwide, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, JA Worldwide and Urban League. Through FedEx Cares, a recently-launched global giving initiative, FedEx is investing $200 million in 200 communities worldwide by 2020.
Sprint All-Star Race Preview
Hamlin and the #11 FedEx team head home to Charlotte Motor Speedway for Saturday night's Sprint All-Star Race. Hamlin is the defending race winner of the prestigious event, holding off Kevin Harvick in the final segment last year to capture his first All-Star victory and the $1 million first place prize. This year, the format has been tweaked to invoke late-race tire and driving strategy.

What are your thoughts on the new All-Star Race format?
"Obviously, I think last year's format was perfect for us (joke), but at the same time, this will be exciting for fans and as drivers and teams, it will really force you to think through strategy and test how risky you want to be. It's an exhibition event where we lay everything on the line for a million bucks, so any format will make the drivers get up on the wheel and throw caution to the wind."
